My name is Julia Kiss-Rabata.

For many years I have worked with children, young people, adults, and families within social care and special educational support.

My professional journey began in Germany, where I first started working with people with disabilities after finishing school. During those early years, I realized that supporting people facing additional challenges in everyday life was not only a profession for me, but a true calling.

Over the years, I have gained experience in both Germany and England in various settings, including disability support, inclusive education, ambulant support services, and social pedagogical work with children, young people, and adults.

What matters most to me is not only practical or professional support, but also the emotional and human side of care. Many families feel overwhelmed, isolated, or unsure where to turn. My goal is to create a space where understanding, guidance, and individual support become possible.

With Dragonfly Support, I combine professional experience with a holistic, empathetic, and personal approach. I believe that growth happens through connection, trust, and growing together.
