Financing Options for My Services
My counseling and support services are officially recognized under German law. There are different ways my work can be financed.
Self-Payer (Private)
You do not need any approval from German authorities, there are no waiting times, and you can start immediately. You simply book your desired appointment online through my booking system and pay conveniently via Stripe.
Advantage: Fast, unbureaucratic support without months of waiting.
State Funding & Budgets
If you already have approved budgets or funding, my services can be billed through them as an independent qualified specialist. This includes:
- Personal Budget (Persönliches Budget – Services for Social Participation, SGB IX)
- Preventative Care Funding (Verhinderungspflege – SGB XI, if a care degree/Pflegegrad is present)
- Relief Contribution (Entlastungsbetrag – § 45b SGB XI, additional care and support services)
- Further individual financing options available upon request.
Process: You book the Initial Consultation through my system as usual. Based on this, I will provide you with a standardized cost estimate for your relevant authority.
Support with the Application Process
You do not have an approved budget yet, but you would like to have my services funded by the state? The German system can be complex—especially for expat families. I support you step-by-step through the bureaucracy.
Process: During the paid Initial Consultation, we will clarify the requirements and I will create the necessary pedagogical cost estimate (Kostenvoranschlag) for you to submit to the Youth Welfare Office (Jugendamt) or Social Welfare Office (Sozialamt).
